Foot Patrol

What is Foot Patrol?

Foot Patrol is a free volunteer service offered by BUSU that provides students, staff and visitors with a safe escort on and around campus at night, as well as acting as the eyes and ears of Campus Security. To request a walk, simply call Foot Patrol at ext. 4700 and give us your location and destination and two of our volunteers will arrive to escort you to your destination.

Foot Patrol volunteers are easily recognizable on campus with their red and black Foot Patrol jackets worn while on duty. All teams are equipped with a two-way radio and flashlight, as well as a first aid kit. Furthermore, Foot Patrol volunteers are certified with basic first aid training to ensure the safest Brock campus possible.

How to Contact Foot Patrol

If you need a walk to residence, your car, or another point on campus call ext 4700, stop by the Schmon Tower welcome desk or email footpatrol@busu.net to make a request.
