The governing legislature of the elections process at Brock University is available online. Although all the information is provided in this ByLaw, the Elections Team will discuss interpretations of ByLaw articles at the mandatory All Candidates Meeting.

Please remember the rule regarding nominations process regarding ByLaw 650 section 17:
“During the nominations process, potential candidates may communicate their platform on a one-to-one verbal basis with potential nominators. This is allowed for the simple purpose of enticing nominations and is in no way intended to be an avenue for obtaining votes or information dissemination prior to the outlined campaign period.”

Failure to abide by this rule will result in the sanctioning of infractions.
