Brock Off-Campus is a service run through BUSU, which aims to give students a network of Brock students through various activities and events. Brock Off-Campus is the “home away from home” for students. If you are living away from home or commuting to school from home, Brock Off-Campus aims to help you get connected. Brock Off-Campus is open to all Brock students regardless of living arrangements (Residence students are encouraged to join in order to meet students that are commuting from home or living off-campus). Networking Events:
Volunteering: One of the best ways to feel connected to your community is to give back to it. By providing our members with information about upcoming volunteer opportunities, BOC members have a chance to enjoy themselves with their friends and to contribute to the community at the same time! We work with Community Connections and other Brock organizations to provide you with a variety of opportunities to get involved. Study Parties: If you’re looking to brush up your knowledge before a mid-term or exam, BOC will be offering study sessions. BOC promotes the full university experience, which includes school. We’re hoping to make this easier on you this year by inviting you to participate in study sessions that include free food and help from assistants of the Student Development Centre. Membership Information: Membership Fee: To become a member of Brock Off Campus you can come to the BUSU Office and sign up any day from 9-6:30 at our front desk.
